Shipping Policy

You will be provided with an estimated delivery date. Please note that the estimate is not a guaranteed date of arrival; it is automatically calculated based on the expected time required to process your order, produce it, and deliver it to the address you provide.

Delivery time estimates are based on the locations of major cities. Please allow extra time if you live in a more remote area. Karutora Jewelry does not take responsibility for delayed shipments offshore locations or remote regions where postal services occur only intermittently.

If your payment is made via bank transfer and it doesn't go through immediately, the estimated delivery time will be calculated from the day Karutora Jewelry receives payment. We do not assume responsibility for or refund shipping charges based on such a delay.

Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchange

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.  All return items is eligible to be exchanged, we don't offer refunds for return items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customer.service@karutora.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, and items not in a saleable, brand new condition.
